About the client:

Resolve Tutorials is my own YouTube channel covering editing tutorials specifically linked to DaVinci Resolve. These videos are often more technical and graphics based. This channel has been a really powerful way for me to practice my skills in editing, motion graphics, educational content, and voiceovers.

Project Context:

This is a video I made for my editing tutorials YouTube Channel, about how to make a music video. This video went through the same process as most others on this channel, starting as an idea, before being developed into a script and shot list, and then through into a complete edit with graphics. The focus with this video for me was on the graphics. I wanted to try out a new style of animation focusing on using icon like elements sourced online, and combining them into an engaging and clear edit to well compliment my voiceover. Whilst the icons themselves where in majority sourced online, all animation was done from scratch myself.
